Course bookings, attendance and policies

Governing Professional Clinical Excellence

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with the Academy of Regenerative Medicine (“the Academy”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By booking or attending a course, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility to Book and Attend

  • Courses are designed specifically for regulated healthcare professionals.
  • Eligibility criteria are listed on individual course pages.
  • Registration may include GMC, NMC, HCPC, DHA, HAAD, AHPRA or equivalent international bodies.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings if requirements are not met.

2. Bookings, Payment and Invoices

Payment Confirmation

Places are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

Currency

Prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise.

Security

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

Documentation

Invoices and receipts are issued electronically.

Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Delegate Conduct and Clinical Responsibility

Training is educational and does not confer competence to practise new techniques.

  • Act professionally and respectfully
  • Follow faculty safety instructions
  • Comply with ethical standards

Scope of Practice Remains Delegate Responsibility

4. Course Content, Changes and Cancellations

Content, faculty and delivery format may change where necessary due to quality improvements or external circumstances.

Cancellation, transfer and refund arrangements are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. CPD Certificates and Attendance

Certification Criteria

Issued only upon completion of full course requirements.

Approved For

Full course attendance & clinical requirement fulfillment.

Withheld For

Incomplete attendance or inappropriate conduct.

6. Photography and Video Recording

Educational or promotional media may be captured during courses.

Delegates will be asked for consent and may withdraw it at any time. All media usage complies with our Privacy Policy.

7. Complaints Procedure

8. Limitation of Liability

The Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for travel and accommodation costs in any event.

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials remain the exclusive property of the Academy.

Materials may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without express written permission.
